If the EXA device cannot connect to the smart device application via Bluetooth, please check the following:


 

  • The Bluetooth module in your smartphone may go into a state where it does not work properly anymoreFrom your smart device settings, deactivate Bluetooth and activate it again.
    Also, rebooting smart phone may help.
  • Make sure EXA device is not connected to another application.
    The blue LED on EXA should blink when it's not connected to any app.
