PRODUCT END-OF-LIFE NOTICE
This EOL is after streamlining the Nordic ID product portfolio, and we will replace Nordic ID AR family (Nordic ID AR62, AR82, and AR85) with a new generation fixed reader that is launched later this year.
There is a large base of Nordic ID AR devices installed, and many projects are still in the implementation phase. We have ensured that the transition to the new device will be entirely transparent for existing deployments, as they will share the same APIs and communication interfaces.
We realize that a product discontinuation may cause some inconvenience to our customers. In order to make the transition to new devices as smooth as possible, our sales and technical support teams are ready to help and answer any questions about our products and solutions.
If there is still some need to purchase AR devices to make this transition smoother, we will still deliver those until the end of July this year (see EOL timeline below).
